Capture the complete card front
Choose the Lorcana game setting or use auto-detect. Use a clear photograph with the card name, subtitle and collector information visible. Character names can recur across different cards, so include the full card rather than relying on artwork or a cropped name. Each JPEG, PNG or WebP file can be up to 10 MB.
Review the set and special finish
Check the selected set, collector number and finish after scanning. Standard and foil versions should not be treated as the same stock variant. Special artwork and treatments also deserve a careful manual check. Retake a photo if reflections hide identifying text, and use replacement search if the matched reference is wrong.
Understand the value shown
Market data is available only when the app can match an appropriate TCGplayer product and retrieve a quote. USD market references are converted to CAD using a Bank of Canada exchange rate. This is not a condition-adjusted offer or a promise that your card will sell at that amount. Review wear and choose your own asking price.
Add reviewed cards to private inventory
Set the condition, language, quantity and notes, save your edits, and use Add to inventory. Your scans remain review work until you take that step. Inventory keeps matching variants organised and lets you search, change stock quantities or remove entries without rescanning the card.
Export without exposing every scan
The default CSV export does not publish your photos. Select Include shareable image links only when a spreadsheet or importer needs accessible photo URLs. Shared copies remain available until revoked, even if the original batch is removed. You can revoke all your shared links from the export dialog in any batch.
